Material Innovation: Collaborated with 10+ global suppliers across 5 countries to develop innovative textiles and machinery, scaling production for exclusive Apple products.


Process Optimization: Streamlined design and tooling processes, achieving a nearly 3x increase in production throughput (UPH from 150x to 430x) while maintaining rigorous quality standards and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.


Project and Vendor Management: Spearheaded multiple complex projects, aligning cross-functional teams and optimizing vendor collaboration to ensure design excellence, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability. Reduced lead times by 30% and boosted product reliability through meticulous project planning and execution.
